After obtaining his BSEE from Penn St. Len worked a short time in the East as a field Engineer, then relocated to southern California for a position with Hughes Aircraft Company in 1972. While at Hughes (now Raytheon), Len held a variety of positions utilizing his degree in engineering and business, but focused on the business and management aspect of business, and held the position of Program Manager for many years prior to his retirement. While working with Hughes/Raytheon, Len became interested in a career in Financial Planning and began working in that area in the early 1980’s. Len’s main focus at that time was retirement Planning and he has worked with many clients in the Aerospace business to help them accomplish their pre-Retirement and post-Retirement financial goals. Since January 2002, Len has been retired from the aerospace business and has been able to devote full time to his Financial Planning Career.
